Teacher, Researcher, & Administrator
To me, teaching and administration are practices of worldbuilding. Both in and beyond the classroom, I find it critical to foster criticality to empower students, faculty, staff, and administrators to dream toward a better world, develop reflective practices around their identities and how that shapes their work. Because I think of my teaching as both a practice of administration, mentorship, and research, I represent my teaching here to include both my work in the classroom, in faculty development spaces, and in the community.
The slideshow to the left anchors many core ideas around pedagogy and administration.
